We travelled to destin florida and made a reservation...went on the day of 6 passenger rode a jet ski for 3 x2 = 236..with tax not bad if they PROMISE you REAL dolphin tour ...well that day they took us out 3 adults 3 kids VERY EXICITED AND HAPPY TO SEE DOLPHINS UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL..WELL THAT WASNT THE CASE THEY TOOK US AND DIDNT SEE NOT ONE SINGLE DOLPHIN.. WE WERE DISSAPOINTED ..THE KIDS WERE DIDAPOINTED ..THE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS GUIDING US JUST SAID WERE NOT SEEING ANY TODAY ....WHAT ???SO WE JUST PAID ALL THAT MONEY TO SEE A "DOLPHIN TOUR" BUT NO DOLPHINS ..DO WE GET A REFUND?? TALK TO" KAY" THE MANAGER ..OR THE OWNER..BUT OWNER WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND ..WELL KAY WAS TO BUSY SCAMMING A LINE OF 19 PEOPLE @110 PER JET SKI ...OFFCOURSE I DIDNT MATTER ..THEY JUST WANNA COLLECT YOUR MONEY..AND TELL YOU SORRY NO DOLPHINS ...ENJOY YOUR JET SKI RIDE WITH NO DOLPHINS HOW THEY PROMISE YOU ...THERE ADVERTISING SIGN LITTERELY SAYS "DOLPHIN TOURS" SO PEOPLE I HARDLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS .. THEY PROMISE YOU A VERY EXPENSIVE LIE ...HOPES THIS HELPS TONS OF FAMILYS THAT TRAVEL TO SEE "DOLPHINS"AND SEE NONE ...

First, it's almost sad to think that an adult wrote this illiterate screed. Litteraly? What the hell does that mean? Please tell me you don't homeschool.
Second, were you under the impression that the dolphins are employed by the dolphin tour company to provide entertainment to you and your family? I have never been on a dolphin tour, but I've been on whale watches, and it's always been made clear that the actual sighting of whales is NOT guaranteed....you know, because they are wild animals and don't work for the people who operate the ships. It's too bad that you couldn't just enjoy the jet ski experience- sure sounds like fun to me- and instead of explaining to your kids that dolphins don't work for people and won't perform on command decided to act like a child yourself and throw a dissapointed, hissy-fit pity party. Grow up. You did NOT get "ripped off."
