Made from cheap material. It's bulges in the back and the straps scratch your back. When you put the thing on it doesn't even look like you're wearing anything to reduce the bulge. I bought the post partum waist trainer on a size 12 and my clothes look better on me without it. And of course they have a no refund policy. Waste of money!!!
