Xtreme Marketing Xtreme excuses for non shipment ripoff Buford Georgia
In December 2006, I ordered 2 books from a guy who came to the door, telling me he was going on a trip to France. I took French classes back in High School - and since he did know some general French phrases, I believed he was legitimate.
I called to find out where my books were last month - and the excuse then was that the 120 days hadnt passed yet. I called this month and the excuse was that "THEY" came back to them by the post office due to an unknown address. I had them read the address - and all they had on the package was my house number and city. No street name. Hmmm everything is CLEAR on my customer receipt copy. I was assured that they would re-mail the books and I could get them in about 3 more weeks.
I received ONE book, and one book ONLY, a mere 5 days after I called. Im still waiting for the 2nd book. Ive called the company every day and either get put on hold so long that I have to hang up. or get connected to a voice mail box - which is always full.

After doing some more online research on Xtreme Marketing, I have decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Xtreme Marketing already has a file with the BBB. I also noticed that Xtreme Marketing has a different phone number and a fax number listed with the BBB than what is shown on their little customer receipt.
