Complaint Review: Xtreme Max Powersports Palm Harbor Florida

BUYER BEWARE! The business owner, Alex, is Russian. He doesn't understand American business ethics, values, and practices. If you buy something from Alex at Xtreme Max Powersports in Palm Harbor, Florida, you are stuck with it - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. This policy isn't conspicuously posted anywhere. I bought a scooter and didn't receive a receipt even after requesting one. I requested a return/refund within 23 hours of purchase. My request was denied. Alex stated, "We're not Walmart". After my three patient attempts and loss of time to resolve mechanical issues, I'm now stuck with a scooter that won't even start. It's parked at a church in Clearwater. I had to take Lyft back home. This scooter is a piece of s*** that has been problematic since I bought it. My advice: Do not do business with this rip-off artist. He doesn't deserve your buisness. He shouldn't be in business at all! I hope you'll join me in shutting him and his fly-by-night operation down. Bad - Bad  - Bad - Bad  - Scammer!
