PAUL TOMASI / www.intbuscon.com/ Xtreme Offshore Commercial Funding
XTREME OFFSHORE COMMERCIAL FUNDING is Paul Tomasi of International Business Consulting's new referral source. Their web site states :" Xtreme Funding is not a funder nor a finder, but a referral source to a finder of funding sources. Xtreme Funding attempts to answer all questions, but all questions should be directed to the finder, especially those of due diligence.

Xtreme funding does not close deals. Funders do. Your ultimate source is the finder's financial agreement and offer. While Xtreme Funding attempts to explain the process, all questions need to be posed to the finder. Regardless of what Xtreme Funding states the finder/funders have the definitive answers. "

Immediately have your lawyer request a copy of this 'financial agreement' and the name and phone number of this 'finder.' Since whatever Xtreme Funding says is over ridden by the gatekeeper (finder) and his 'agreement,' just get right to the source, before wasting time. According to the web site Xtreme funding is owned by Catherine Ketchledge, President. A web searched found her to be living in Bluffton, SC and Map quest said it is 4 miles from Paul Tomasi's Hilton Head Island home.

THE RESTRICTED OFFER

Once the Gatekeeper has sent you the restricted offer, the following must be done.

The restricted offer will have a time limit. The time limit is usually at the end of the business week. Therefore, when you get the e-mail from Xtreme Funding stating that your information has been forwarded to the Gatekeeper, it is imperative that you check your e-mail often so as to not miss the deadline.

The Gatekeeper will want you to call him as soon as possible. Start to write down questions and concerns that you have that you would ask of anyone involved with the funding. Again be prepared to do this before actually receiving the restricted off as time is of the essence. If you want your lawyer and accountant on the call, which we advise, arrange now for them to be available.

The Gatekeeper will want you to read, sign and fax or scan his Financial Procurement Agreement. While this is in clear, short and simple English and has no legalese, it is always advisable to have your lawyer or accountant review this document. Again, now arrange time with them to do so before actually receiving the offer. Please read carefully the section Be Successful for one of the clauses in this FPA that you need to understand now and accept.

If you want to proceed with the funding, which is why you are sending in your petition, your retainer is now due, assuming you receive the restricted offer. At this point the Gatekeeper has found you funding. He has promised you the name, address, phone, etc of the possible funding source. He has promised the equivalent of a Forward Letter of Commitment from the possible funding source. The retainer will be due by SWIFT or wire transfer. NOW is the time to make sure your funds are still liquid and that you and your banker know how to do this procedure. The Gatekeeper will also ask that you fax or scan him a copy of the receipt of the SWIFT or wire transfer.

ALL of the above will need to be done BEFORE the deadline. Therefore it is important that you begin NOW to plan for this. This assumes that Xtreme Funding will get you through to the Gatekeeper into the funders approval. The Gatekeeper cannot extend the date of the restricted offer nor waive the retainer or place it in escrow. The retainer is 100% deductible from the placement fee closing costs.

This is off www.xoffshorefunding.com one of Paul Tomasi's screener's

Read it careful

No escrow
No waiving retainer
No extention on the date
No checks or money orders only cash wires
And you need to fax the copy of the wire immediatly
