From ordering the wrong plants, not being able to find the correct plants, to planting plants in the wrong place, and forgetting to plant some at all... Xtreme Outdoor Solutions required constant supervision and direction; despite having a "supervisor" on the job site at all times.
As part of our landscaping plan, a small area of sod had to be installed. They initially underestimated the amount needed and when they came the next day with more sod, it was infested with chinch bug which proceeded to destroy ALL of the sod. Matt, the owner, promised several times to rectify the situation but he never showed. We asked to simply reimburse a portion of the cost so we could get it replaced by another company but he never responded. This is only one of the many issues we encountered with them.
Xtreme Outdoor Solutions is an EXTREME disappointment!
