Please note that Xtreme Roofing and Extreme Roofing are two different companies

The other company is Xtreme Roofing and contracting (or something like that) and come up as roofers in TORONTO

Listed in the Yellow pages we come first and show our address and other information, they don’t.

Therefore everyone calls us when something goes wrong with their roof, even without reading their own paperwork properly.

They also spell the company with an “E” in the yellow pages, and we have all kinds of people calling us for repairs for work on homes that we have never set foot on the property.

So this crazy person who had placed this report (if not a false report to get our attention) doesn’t know or can’t read properly because Xtreme Roofing is not us.

If you read the report, it says that his driveway was blocked for “3 weeks” with a bin, but the job only took “3 days” when it should have taken 1 day, very inconsistent I think

As a bin is delivered the day of the installation and removed as soon as the work is finished

Also we have experienced crews, and do not hire students in the way that they have described.

They also state that the price changes when you want the work financed to charge for the financing charges.

If this report was written in 2009 then this is a very false report.  As we did not finance back then and we do not charge extra for financing now

I find it hilarious that the person who wrote the rebuttal is so indignant. EXTREME Roofing - no capital X - did our roof, included and awning in the quote, then, when the insurance company told them they wouldn't pay for it, they never adjusted the quote to reflect that. Now I'm being sued for the difference. So yeah, maybe they're not the same company...they're worse.
