I called the company in August to tell them I was moving. So I no longer needed there monotoring service for my home. I had paid them for a whole year in may 2006. The lady that answered said that the manager wasn't there. So I call the following week. The lady that answers says she hasn't had a chance to speak to the manager because his on vacation until september. So I call in September 01,2006 and she says she don';t think they are going to refund me. So I get angry and hang up on her. Then I call her September 12,2006 and she gives me excuses. So they had me back and forth with excuses for 3 weeks. They charge me for service until September 14,2006 just because the secratery never got in contact with the manager. Also I have contacted them to fix my camaras and no one has come by the house. They had called me saying they would come but no one showed up.

Finally after calling them for two weeks almost everday they send me a check refund. But they made me wait a whole month so they could keep that months.
