Back in January my daughter and I were subjected to a evening of entertainment courtesy of Xtreme Talent, LLC of Fort Mill, SC. They ran a "models needed" ad on the radio in Jacksonville, Fl--they only needed 30. You had to report to a conference room at a local Holiday Inn. They were very slick--very convincing.

After an educational session about the in's and outs of the modeling business and warnings about all the unscrupulous people that just want your money, it turns out all you really need is to let them post your on-line comp card on their model network to get all the
exposure you need for success. A bargain at $549 and $20/month maintenance fee.

Why would you not trust them-- they said they were
Christians--they really did. They were also confused. They handed out a sheet describing their network service. In writing, they say they are not an agency. In the spiel, they said that they are an agency. I guess what they say in writing would trump what you thought you heard if it came down to an argument. I didn't get any complete names from these characters, but the main players were a likable black guy and stocky white
guy who claimed to be a model with his hair pulled back in a pony tail Dylan.

Well we got the call back and were siked. To be chosen out of all these other children. We paid the money and showed up for the photo shoot where we noticed way more than just 30 models. But it was too late to get a refund, We crossed our fingers and went on he pretty much verbally guanteed there was work for my beautiful red head daughter it's been 6 months and we've got no hits and my account still gets deducted every month.

I've put in a good grand into this and have gotten know return

Simply not the truth

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

What Mrs. Knickerbocker is claiming is simply not the truth. In Mrs. Knickerbocker's claim, the first three paragraphs were copied from a previous claim changing only small details. A major detail conveniently not corrected was the price Mrs. Knickerbocker paid. She paid $329 plus a $49 set up fee for her daughter's web page. Xtreme Talent, LLC picked up the cost for her daughter's test shoot. She also paid one $20 for April's maintenance fee, which declined for the following months. Therefore, starting in May Mrs. Knickerbocker couldn't have submitted her daughter for jobs because her web page would not have been active. If her page were active, she would have been receiving responses to her daughter's bookings. Mrs. Knickerbocker's expense of $398 differs from the good grand in her claim.

How does that make Xtreme Talent, LLC at fault? As the owner, I am certain that Xtreme Talent, LLC has followed through with every aspect stated in the contract.
