XXL ultimate bully pitbulls Steve & Sarah Parker Lied & Ripped off(almost a year still no dog or money) Idaho
I bought a fawn colored pup from Steve Parker several months ago(on puppies link on his site) babycakes. I sign a contract with him and informed him about my nervousness sending that much money across the country and he assured me that he sends dogs across the country all the time n that there was nothing to worry about. I stupidly trusted this mans word and send him $600 for a deposit/ after that deposit the dog would be shipped.
Time and time again excuse after excuse he couldn't ship the dog for numerous reasons and excuses. Finally he said he would just send me my money back and I agreed. He said he had sent my money through the postal service.. Weeks went by still no money, said ita just taking awhile I asked for the code to see where it was at in the country and he would never send me the numbers to look up. Weeks kept going by and still excuse after excuse. i waited a few weeks without texting and finally texted back and said "oh I haven't heard from you in awhile I thought u got it, I'll send me wife to the post office in the morning to see why it hasn't gotten there."
Months have went by and went by and I've texted him numerous numerous time n he will not text me back. I have picture and proof for anyone who would like to see that I had a contract with him and what the de and terms where to the contract and pictures of receipts that shows the amount of money sent and dates it was sent.
what makes all this worse is that I kept telling the man how I wasn't crazy about sending money that far to someone I didn't know and he continued to assure me that he was a good guy and he ships all over the country. Well he took my $600 and still no dog and this man is not even respectable enough or have the balls to speak back. Advise to anyone wanting a dog DO NOT do business with this man.
Unless u can physically go to his house and get the dog n even then after how this man did me I wouldn't even be sure to trust that the pup hes giving you is what he says because I have proof that he WILL lie and WILL scam and by any means DO NOT wire this man money. You can email me or call and with any questions or to view the info/proof I have of him scamming me. Hopefully you will not be the next person he scams thanks.

Yeah.. Pretty much sarahs hole rebuttal to me was bull crap. after like 8 months we arranged for another one cuz the dog I wanted they sold and just like you said every time we came to meet somethin happened to their truck. I forget the first excuse but the second was his cerpintien belt on hos truck broke and after that time about 3 days later he did send me all my money back. So long story short I sent money for a dog, they never sent it had excuses their truck broke, r never texted back , came to an agreement on another dog and again their truck broke. And after several several months they DID give me my money back. But I still never for a dog.

Steve and Sarah Parker from xxlultimatebully are nothing but scammers i sent them
money a month ago and they promised me they would ship black vanilla the next day so I took the day off work
so I could drive 5 hours to the city to get her. I get a text from Sarah saying her vehical broke down so
won't be making it so we made another date to ship her more exuses that's 2 days off of work so far. $1300.00 lost
so far plus payment of dog $1600.usd so I make arrangements for a frienf to get her she says that's not a problem
she will be shipped the next day. I get a text from her today saying if I want her I have to pay for the med slip cause it's in
name and not paying for a 3rd one so if I want her I have to pay for her slip and her trip. I purchased a dog from them 4
months ago and yesterday she continues telling me she sold him cause he was so stupid and nothing but a retard great
people right? I have every text every email from them to back up everything I have said. if anyone wants to see them I'd be more then happy to send them

This dosent sound like the Steve & Sarah Parker I met when purchasing my pup and now come to call them friends. I checked out a lot of websites and called a lot of breeders before I finally found Steve Parker at XXL Ultimate Bully Pitbull. He was very helpful with all my questions about the breed and very knowledgeable when it came to how this breed would fit me personally.
He put up with me calling and texting for over a year before I finally decided what pup I wanted to buy :) Even now three years later I still talk with Steve from time to time if I have any questions or sometimes he text to see how my boy "Onyx" is doing. I my self have recommended him to my sister and her husband, who are now proud owners of a male pup from Steve. Also a fellow co-worker of mine, Tim, who loves "Titan" his male he bought from Steve last year...
I see in your report Aaron from SC that you say now Steve and you have something worked out? I'm sure if you follow through, Steve will as well. Steve and his family are truly womderful and they breed the finest American Bullies I have ever had the pleasure of owning. I know my family will always buy our dogs from Steve Parker at XXL Ultimate Bully Pitbull. Repeat customer for life.
Baileym8 after reading your complaint and the Parkers response it sounds like to me that they got you the pup you paid for and that you're unhappy it arrived late due to weather? I personally feel that is a very poor reason to attempt to slander their good name. This website may have started out as a noble idea but it has become a place to publish tabloid filth.

Aaron please don’t act like you Google’d bullies one night on the computer and met the super villain by the name of Steve Parker. You and I were email/text buddies for over 6 months before I ever received a dime from you Sir. We started talking in November of 2012. Originally you contacted me about buying a Hades x Miss Ro pup. We never reached an agreement on the price at that time, so the pup was sold to someone else. Then we spent 3 months (sometimes 10 or more texts a day) negotiating on an adult female named Jenna, remember that? You didn’t have enough money to buy her and have her shipped, so me being the nice guy I was willing to take a gun in trade for part payment but you were unable to figure out how to ship me the gun. So after months of talking about it, that deal also fell through and Jenna was sold to someone else. Then a few weeks later you saw Beefy Cakes, the fawn female, on my website and said you had to have her. On May 20th 2013 we signed a contract stating I would receive $650 from you, ship the pup to you, and you would make payments for the remaining $700.00 (keep in mind that is pretty trusting on my part). I never did get $650 as we agreed on (check your own heading saying I owe you $600). Attached is the contract signed by both of us showing this agreement. On May 31, 2013 I received a payment of $300 from you via Pay pal, and another $300 on June 3, 2013 via money through the mail (8 months ago - another incorrect statement in your title). You then told me it would be a couple weeks for you to send the last $50 so we could ship the pup to you. I told you I could bring her to the ABKC show June 22nd in Virginia, meet in person and save you a couple bucks, we both agreed. On the way to Virginia from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho my truck broke down and I was forced to wait through the weekend to repair my truck (missing the show). Due to the cost of the repairs I had to return home. You were immediately unhappy about this which was totally understandable because I myself was not thrilled. But then you began calling me a liar and thief just days later. That upset me as you can imagine (from my point of view since we have started talking I have been patient with you and attempted to get you a quality bully within your price range) there were negative words said on both sides and things escalated into a bad situation. You and I could not agree on shipping the pup after that due to weather being too hot for her to fly and you unwilling to spend more for ground shipping. So I sold the pup to another buyer. Since that time I have offered you countless other pups and adults that I have had for sale once the weather was in our favor for shipping to you and you declined each one. Then you asked me to send you Hades semen to breed your female which I agreed to and then last minute before we shipped it you declined on that as well. What amazes me is I have emailed, text or called you on my own to stay in contact or responded to your attempts to contact me as soon as possible, (but on 11/24/13 you made this rip off report about me, but if you look on attached texts we spoke 11/26/13 and you failed to mention it? In fact you never mention it until I heard of it from a third party 2/1/14 (We have had a deal finalized since 1/23/14 to meet March 1st in Portland Tennessee for you to get a pup from me). It baffles me you think this was right to publish a false report, knowing it is false and while we were in the process of reaching an agreement. I feel like this website should change its name to the COMPLAINT REPORT made by unhappy customers, since I have never ripped you or anyone else off! Unfortunately every business that makes multiple sales every year will have an unhappy customer or two, but it’s the hundred happy customers that we do this for. Take McDonalds for example they serve a 1000 people in a day, 998 of those customers will be happy but two people might feel it took 30 seconds to long for their burger or it wasn’t hot enough and so they complain. Does that mean no one else will ever eat at McDonalds again? Of course not! I always make sure every customer gets what they pay for and try my hardest to make them as happy as possible.
I will be meeting Aaron D in Portland Tennessee on March 1st 2014 and I expect him to hold true to his word and update his status on this site. However, with the absolute disrespect and lack of truth you portrayed in your first report, you should consider yourself lucky that I am still willing to sell you one of our dogs, especially since the pup you are receiving is worth more than what you are paying.

Bailey yes you did pay 3000 for a puppy Sir. You are leaving out a lot of how things happened. The pups where born 11/23/12 (which was day after Thanksgiving that year) Steve updated the webiste to let people know the pups where born but we had family in town so he did not return calls or texts right away. Also durning Christmas we did not respond while we where out of town visiting family. You demanded to be texted back immediately but that could not always happen due to Steve working 60 hour weeks and I going to school, plus kids and dogs. We are busy people. But we always gave you weekly updates of the pups and pics of their progress, as well as videos when you asked. Pups where not even picked until 10 weeks of age (2/1/13) This is the middle of winter which if the weather is too cold you cant ship. Anyone who wants to can check with delta web address (http://www.delta.com/content/www/en_US/traveling-with-us/special-travel-needs/pets/pet-requirements-restrictions.html ) and see that there are weather restrictons for pups if the temperatures are low, . We are dog lovers and ethical breeders and would not send the pup even if we could when the temperature is not safe. Yes after two weeks of bad weathter you did threaten to sue which was silly cause that didnt help the weather at all. At that point we offered to re sell the pup to a local buyer and give you a cash refund, at first you said yes and then right away changed your mind and demanded we ship the pup. Once weather warmed, March 1st 2013 less than 30 days from the time we did picks we shipped the pup to you. As for the papers for the pup ukc and abkc. We got you the abkc papers in plently of time for you to show your pup if you ever did and for you to breed her if you choose too. Unfortantly Ed Shepherd owner of Dax who is sire to your pup was banned by the ukc (which I told you before pup was shipped in case you wanted a refund but you didnt) so we were unable to get you ukc papers at that time. We did tell you that we could get ukc papers for your female once she turned one year old per ukc amercian bully registration rules. We have called and texted you numerous times since the litter turned a year old but you have not responded. Last we talked to you was a text message in Septmeber when you told Steve you would be sending updated pics of your pup soon. as of now supposidly we will meet march 1st at a dog show in Portland Tennessee for another dog.. we have both come to an agreement on this dog today is 2/4/14 so we will see how it goes this time.

That sounds exactly like Sarah and Steve Parker!!! I sent them money for a puppy 2 years ago with a 1000 deposit with the rest to come when the pups were 8 weeks. Well things started to get shaky when the pups were born. I couldn't get texts back or anything about the pup but if I said anything about sending him money he would respond. Time went by and it was time for my pup to be sent but I couldn't get in touch with him. It was always an excuse about him being at work or out of town or blah blah blah but its 2014 and i feel nobodys not around there phone for that long not to text back. Especially not to be doing business!!! Weeks past and I finally got his attention by telling him that I would sue him for everything he had bc we had signed a contract and everything just like you. I had spent around 3000 dollars and I wasn't going to let him get away with that much money of mine scotch free. So when the sueing got involved I started getting better responses but only to tell me he would send my money back in which I was like ok. Still time went by and no money and his excuse was that his wife told him not to send money to an account I asked for him to send it to. I fought hard for my pup and finally got her when she was about 3 1/2 months old!!! And do you know he had the nerve to tell me he was about to sell my pup I paid for to someone in Idaho around the corner from him!!! I said I would never do business with him again and I don't advise anyone to do business with him either. I even had trouble getting my papers from him!! He's definitely a scam artist!!!
