I met this company in China at a trade show in Shanghai.
I had a range of vending machines I sold across the globe which we made in California.
I sent them one of my sample vending machines on Oct 1, 2013 to the company to allow them to give me an accurate quote on manufacturing it.
In Feburary I was sent a quote, which was above what I expected. I asked for my vending machine back in April 2014 and I didn't get an answer.
The machine has over $2000 worth of devices inside and cost me $4000 to build. It cost me $1500 to ship it.
When I didnt buy machines from them, I guess they decided to keep the machine I sent them.
I tried everyway to get hold of this company, but they didn't every answer, they wanted to keep my machine.
Then in July 2015 I got hold of someone. They said that the person in charge of my vending machine is working in a different department now and they can't find my vending machine. Then they stopped answering my questions.
This is not a trustworthy company! Do not do business with this company!

This issue has now been resolved. The company misplaced the machine but have now returned it.
I have recently visited the company and I was very impressed with the factory and employees.
I am now doing business with this company and am happy to report that the quality of the machines is excellent.
I think the machine went 'missing' because the employee I dealt with had left the company and so future employees I spoke with did not know about the machine.
