I ordered a drum set for my son on the xymox percussion website.  Hey said it would be shipped in 4 weeks and my credit card was charged for the full amount of the set which was around $300.00.  

When 4 weeks came and went I emailed Jen at xymox and she said something was on back order and it would be another week or so.  

Another 4 weeks want by so I emailed again and she said a couple more Days.  The order arrived a week later but was missing the stand and drumsticks.  

I have been repeatedly emailing to see when those items will arrive and I have never received a response. 

I am very disappointed in this service and I either want my money back or my items. 

There is no other way to contact this company and I am very angry at them for not responding.  I will be posting anywhere I can regarding this company and it's awful service.  This company should be put out of commission as far as I'm concerned.

I did receive a response today on my voicemail from xymox letting me know my items are still on back order.  They said they would give me a refund if I chose to do so.  I did choose to do so.  Thank you xymox for your communication.
