Placed order on February 2nd and did not receive order. Called but the phone lines were down. Emailed and received reply saying they'd ship on February 20th. Still did not recieve package so I continued to email. Finally received "free" item on March 5th. Did not receive paid item, so I emailed them again. Finally received second item on March 26th, but it was the "free" item again and not the item that I paid $156 for. I emailed the company again and haven't heard back from them. This company is very hard to do business with and have had my money for two months without shipping my product. Do not use this company.

Did receive my tenor pad from xymox on April 23 with an apology from Kevin. The pad is outstanding!
