Yahirs Electronics is a fraudulent company that sell non working electronics.They sold me broken and unusable parts and then refuse to respond to any emails about their not as described parts until after the 45 day period because they know that is the maximum amount of days that one has to file a dispute with paypal.Very sneaky and sly. subject: defective 5188-7147 hp video gforce 7600gs 256mb video card received. Have sent multiple emails over the last three weeks.Please respond!! From buyer - trey shingler. 6/23/2010 08:59 cdt hi - I have tried to get in contact with you via email but have not received any responses from you so I am going to try one more time before I do a chargeback to you via my credit card company. I don't want to do this but I don't know of any other options since I haven't gotten any responses from you in regards to this defective item. As I said in my previous email messages for the last three weeks. I have tried the 5188! -7147 hp video gforce 7600gs 256mb video card that you sent to me on two different computers and it has not worked on either one. I am certain that this is doa and would like a replacement.

Three different emails were sent to the company asking for assistance for a refund or replacement -- within the 7 day period and they ignored each and everysingle email until after the 45day -paypal's time allotment to file disputes. and then respond saying they can't (OR WON'T) do anything about it...

I have already filed with the BBB, and filed fraud complaint online, and now here with the CA. ATTY GEN., next will be TEXAS ATTY GEN. and the FTC... if they continue to knowingly sell faulty defective products and will not resolve this problem they should have from the very beginning... I will continue until the last resort is to file a class-action lawsuit against this unethical, lacking customer service company... Thanks

On 9/14, (to my surprise),  I received a voicemail message and multiple emails from Yahir's Electronics wanting to know what they could do to resolve this complaint and to stop further negative grievances and negative online posts in regards to this negative situation.  I was completely astonished that they were FINALLY willing to do the right thing and honor their responsibility for providing customers with non-defective electronics or refund their money if a defective item was received.....  I asked them to please either provide me a refund for the defective unit or send a replacement of the same unit that was functioning... They responded that they would provide a refund of the full amount paid -- via paypal --- and at 10:06pm - 9/14  - a refund in the amount of $85.00 was in my paypal account as promised..... Now, I must do my part and go through the multiple (approx. 13 - 16) entities that I left negative and bad marks about this company and leave the end resolution that was to be.... A POSITIVE ONE!!! -- I appreciate the fact that the company was willing to understand that this situation was serious and that I was not trying to do anything or get anything other than what I was rightfully owed -- a working non-defective unit or a refund.... Plain and simple ---- THANK YOU LEO and JUAN at YAHIR's Electronics for resolving this problem to both parties satisfaction --- In closing, I know that the interactions btwn the two parties was not a pleasant one in the beginning and throughout the last 2 to 3 months, but what I can say is that the people that you wanna deal with at Yahir's Electronics are Juan and Leo --- because they are true individuals that take their business serious and want to be a total 100% satisfaction customer service company.  They resolved my problem and did so very timely once I provided them with a solution that would resolve the problem to my satisfaction....
