I agree with the other reviewer that Georgia should be fired. We came in with 4 rooms of furniture and part #'s we wanted to order and asked to work with a manager, she refused to come out and sent a new sales person to place the order, 2 hours later although it was the same cost as the other store it was missing a $900.00 dresser. What a bait and switch!!! Georgia explained they do not carry the package number we gave her and had to add the peices seperately but did not want to hear that we had showed the sales person the exact number of pieces in the package because of this and one piece was still missing.

Her only response was that we should just pay the extra $900.00 because the sale we had come in for was ending today. It was not!!! We ordered from Temecula and got the lower price and all peices included. Georgia was so rude when we explained to her that we were telling her this so she could train her staff she actually rolled her eyes and then refused to give us her name!!! Completely unprofessional, this woman should be fired. Make the drive and buy your furniture somewhere else!!!
