Yahoo Mail Rape of customer Internet Internet .....

Yahoo mail RAPE!! I received an e-mail from yahoo (where I have had the same e-mail address for 7 years) stating that they were "cleaning up their files" and wanted me to verify my identity or they would cease delivering mail. It was stated that this is a routine which happens periodiocally. When I followed the request, I could no-longer login to my account. It won't accept my private information to change my password, and all get when I follow the automated idiots directions is "locked for 12 hours for security", message.

The information in my folders on my mail account is very valuable to me. It not only includes messages from special friends who have since departed this life, but also is my only contact for my Summer jobs overseas which need to be accepted within 24 hours, or they're gone. Also gone is my address book with hundreds of my addresses.
