Complaint Review: Yahoo Email Account

Yahoo Small Business Group destroyed my email accounts Internet

Be careful, as of today, Yahoo email account (both ordinary / business) does not have successful back up systems. In other words, if Yahoo de-activate your Email account, that entire email account will be gone (not a single trace left)!

Yahoo recently accidentally de-activated my 4 business email accounts for the reason of just Yahoo's mistake. That 4 email accounts consist of nearly 1000 emails (two years work), and are totally destroyed by Yahoo. The reason is because Yahoo Billing department made a mistake. Yahoo's mistakes cause me to lose 1000 valuable emails (4 business accounts).

Yahoo did not apologize to me, Yahoo refused to tell me how this mistake was made (or how to prevent this mistake from happening again in the future), and
Yahoo did not have any back up to recover those 1000 emails (What a mistake of Yahoo Technical Group. They didn't have back up!)

(The purpose of this report is to urge Yahoo to improve their services, and to back up customers' data.)

BE CAREFUL when you are dealing with Yahoo.
