EDITOR’S COMMENT:  Normally we write a full long borderline dissertation about the First Amendment and so on, however, this Rebuttal is so ridiculous that we aren’t even going to waste our time.  What we will tell you is this…this Rebuttal is false in two parts: 1) Ripoff Report’s staff doesn’t “write the headlines” for the subject Reports (the author of the subject postings do that); and 2) Ripoff Report did not erroneous attribute reporting on this posting (because we didn’t write it or come up with the user name).  Do you REALLY think that our staff has any clue what this matter is about, let alone have any information names, etc. to purposefully include information into some random Report?  Ripoff Report receives thousands of Reports.  Come on people…find some common sense and use it.  If you want to blame anyone, then blame the author of the Report for not accurately reflecting facts, not make up some false allegations about the forum on which it was posted.

This report contains two pieces of incorrect and erroneous information, added by the editors of the Ripoff Report.

1)      The editors of the Ripoff Report wrote their own headline concerning this judgement and they inserted the name Carolyn Schiff, in relationship to a judgement filed against Yale Schiff, on their own. They were not provided with this information by outside sources.

2)      Randall B. Gold was not involved in providing any information to the Ripoff Report concerning this judgement. The Ripoff Report erroneously attributed reporting on this posting.
