When searching eBay for screens for repair on laptops etc. They are known to ship the wrong screens more that once. ship broken screens, the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. they will not refund your money, they will continue to ship via USPS. If you order more than one screen, they will package them together in a small box for you to open and find out they are smashed. Yet eBay still lets them operate on their website under different names, and some how accomplishes a gold rating.

Company is great, part ordered is hard to get right

I personally have had experience dealing with the company and had great customer service from them.  The usually responded within a day to any emails that were sent to them.  I have had a defective screen come from them and they replaced it as fast as they could they even crossed shipped the screen arrived fairly quickly, and has worked perfectly ever since.  Broken screens usually are fault of shipping companies, they are very careless when they are transporting shipments.

Complaining about receive the wrong screen in my option should not apply to them sending the wrong screen.  99% of the time when you are purchasing a screen, you will be getting a compatible screen to that model, and it is always listed clearly if it is a compatible screen.

Also, most of the time when people order a screen to replace a broken on in a laptop, they usually have no idea what they are really looking for.  There is many different changes between screens and if you are not looking at a screen with the right options, you will order the wrong one.

I was a laptop technician and have replaced many screens in laptops before, but I have also experienced ordering the wrong parts many times.  This company is the only one I have seen that deals with consumer-side errors well.
