Complaint Review: Yana Kovalevsky

It is illegal in all states in the U.S., to impersonate an individual. This is considered a form of identity theft and can constitute as fraudulent activity. It is punishable by both State and Federal laws and can warrant imprisonment. I, Amber Martinez, never wrote/authored the previous rebuttal to this ripoff report. It is fraudulent. The Car Accident Claim, involving myself posted as well, is also not accurate. I testified against JaLynn Hardy to the insurance company, on behalf of Christophe Petty. This information is all in registered legal insurance documents. I have no idea how a confidential letter sent to Christopher Petyt was illegally obtained and attached to this false report as well. I have never been investigated by any detective or investigator, at all whatsoever, to the best of my knowledge. I do not do drugs, scam people, or have ever been a prostitute.

This is a complete attempt at defamation of character and an attempt at damaging my career. I believe the person who wrote/authored these fake reports, is Damian V. Dmitrykovskky, a.k.a. "Damian De Langeron", a.k.a. "Damian Noblesse", etc. The court ordered a permanent restraining order, in my favor, at the LA Superior Court, for Domestic Violence against this man, for my protection. According to the Victim's Rights Protection Laws, it is illegal for my name, personal living address, telephone, and email to be listed anywhere on a public entity and website that may put my physical life, safety, and well being in jeopardy. I must firmly ask that these blatant defamatory statements and false claims be removed or I will be seeking legal actions and filing reports with the LAPD and LA District Attorney's Office. This s true story of a group girls who scamming people Jalynn Hardy, (((REDACED))), Amber Lee Martinez /Located in Los Angeles, CA Y(((REDACED)))About Nov 2014 Frank invited Jalynn Hardy (Blonde on the photo) and Amber Lee Martinez (Brunette on the Photo) to spend a day on our mutual friend's yacht. Since both of them lived close to friend s apartment they asked him to pick them up and drive them from Hollywood to Marina Del Rey to join on the yacht. To make sure they had the food they liked on the boat he bought for both of them food and drinks … After the full day on the boat friend drove them back. On the way To JaLynn Hardy's home a car hit friend s the back/it was staged and pre planned/. Such a minor impact that both of the cars had only small scratches on both bumpers (photo attached). There is no damages being made according Police Report . Everybody was fine .. No injuries .. and NO damages on both cars .. Well .. That is what we thought ! About 10 days later I got a call from my insurance company telling that JaLynn Hardy opened a claim against me for facing injuries during the accident and Amber become false witness ! They supposedly suffered from back pain and had to go to a doctor and was asking insurance to cover the fee of the visit at the doctor, the medication she got with prescription as well as ... A COMPENSATION for NOT being able to work for 4 days !!!! YES ... !!!!!! So here was my answer to the insurance ... To me that was a TOTAL FRAUD and we suggested them to REJECT her request ! I although gave them the following details about the ALL story ! 3 days after the accident MS JaLyn Hardy was in “such pain” that she couldn't work ... But could attend an event with Frank – and danced, drink.. ! Another 2 days later I went to another event with Frank again where we briefly saw her. Non one never felt comfortable with that woman and Amber Martinez - we found this is the way those girls live and life style to make extra cash. Being polite even with people that I don't really appreciate .. ! This scam was invented by Amber Lee Martinez and successfully worked with others. Till detectives ‘ s involved. Why do I decide to share this story with my public ... As some of you in Los Angeles may end up seeing those to scam-bags around or possibly know her. You need to know the side of her personality she will do her best to hide ... and you need to know what you may have to face if you ever decide to have her at your events ... ! This person has NO shame and will do ANYTHING to try to take advantage of a situation ... They will take your money and refer you to false people and make false claims of company abilities. This group also involved with another Hollywood scammer Romane Simon, Lika Osipova, Oksana Romanov. They does not have any website, a management company or agency with an address, but has been in Los Angeles approximately for 17 years. They is not a legitimate manager or agent, or license. Lika Osipova- currently suing some clients. This group is DANGEROUSE and should not be accepted to any event, or competition, or business- they might be part of the Los Angeles Fashion community but is not of real production.
