Complaint Review: Yancey County Department Of Social Services

My constitutional rights were violated by Yancey County Deppartment of Social Services in October 2003. They have made no reasonable efforts in giving me my son back. They are now trying to terminate my parental rights with no just cause. I feel like I have been discriminated against by the department due to the fact they keep raising the fact that i'm poor and have a low income. I would appericiate it very much if this matter is looked into.
