I attended a Scott Yancey event in Jacksonville.  I was informed by phone, email and television that Scott Yancey would be there.  Instead he was not there and he does not attend these events.  It was a bait and switch or at the very least false advertising.  He turned a fan into someone who feels violated and hopes that punitive damages come from this.  Please do not attend these events believing that he will be there.  He is just using his star power to pump these events that will try to sell you over priced workshops up to $10,000.  It such a scam it makes me want to puke!

Ryan Oliver who was the speaker instead of Scott Yancey in their bait and switch scam and false advertising pouted in defense when I confronted him about the scheme he said that I had a crush on Scott Yancey, but wouldn't he be the one with the crush on him since he works for him?  I'm straight Ryan, just was looking for some foreclosure flipping tips from someone who actually has star power unlike you.  I have gone from fan to pissed off investor.  I'm so diappointed in the whole situation, this has been the first time I have been scammed by an event.  I went to a stock Robert Kiyosaki event but at least I knew he was not going to be there.  Ryan Oliver did not offend me but he seems to be a pawn in the stars shadow.
