 I made a purchase from yandy.com on January 20th with an American Express gift card. Which according to the Yandy.com website it should be accepted. Unfortunate for me I waited 12 days before even calling yandy or tracking my package online. I ordered a little over 100$ worth of items with free shipping on the order. Then hours later i called the phone number on the back of my American Express cArd to make sure the funds were taken off. Yes they were. So since this card was empty. I threw it away. Only because American Express cards are unable to be reloaded. Therefore, when they are empty. They're garbage none the least. Okay so I called them after nearly two weeks later from purchasing. A customer service rep called me because I had recently changed my address to WA state. She confirmed my purchase and asked me a couple questions and said I was good to go and hung up. It's now February 2nd. And I've sent 4 emails to customer service through my account. Which is under the same email that I joined this website on. No response from customer service still. Where is my items? Or an explanation for what happened to my money on my gift card!
