I was on the internet looking for a Washington Redskins jersey.  I was looking for a white (away) Ryan Kerrigan Jersey, and none of the large well known websites had one.

I know that there is all kinds of ripoff jerseys coming in from China that sell for 1/3 the price or less of an NFL sponsored Nike Jersey.  I did not bother looking at any of those sites.

Then, the "Redskin Gear" site came up.  It says something like "the official Redskins gear shop".  It has the same look and feel of the others sites (Dicks, NFL Shop, etc.).  It sells three lines of what it says are Nike NFL jerseys (Nike Limited, Nike Elite and just Nike).  What they had that the others didn't was a white Kerrigan jersey.  So, I ordered it.

I was happy -- thinking that this was some real retailer not selling cheap ripoffs NFL jerseys from China.  The checkout did not seem as slick the rest of the site, but I didn't think much of it.  I paid with PayPal.  There was some other things that seemed a bit odd, but the rest seemed legit enough and I figured it was legit, because the pricing was not pricing for garbage jerseys from China!.

So, you could imagine my upset when I got the PayPal confirmation that I had made a payment to Yang Qin.  OMG!!  I had been duped!  I wanted to cancel -- but, had no order confirmation.  The next day, I found the confirmation in my spam folder.  I tried to tell them I wanted to cancel, but we miscommmunicated.

The jersey arrived yesterday -- and, sure enough, it is a piece of @#$!.  The numbers are small, the tags are fake, the material is inferior -- it is garbage. I am now trying to send it back and am ready to use PayPal if I have problems.

So, this company sells fake goods at authentic prices and intentionally deceives shoppers online. They claim to be associated with the Redskins and to be selling Nike apparel.  Neither is true.  They are far worse than the people selling cheap, fake NFL jerseys in from China, but that charge appropriately.

I purchased to 2 jerseys and the same exact thing happened to me on August 14th. I received them August 28th and they shipped from Fangxl Putianshi Fujian China, I was totally shocked. The colors were totally wrong they looked like San Fran colors nor Redskins. The NFL tags were in the wrong place, overall horrible and not what I thought I paid for. I paid authentic prices. I batteled with them for over a week to get the return address and they said it would be to much trouble for me to send them backand  they offered me 30% off my future purchase, then just a 20 % refund, and then 50% and when I threatened to go to the authorities they gave me the return address of:

He HaiJun

WenXian West Road Chengxiang

District Putian City Fujian Province

351100

China

I confirmed via phone (a woman called me as soon I wouldnt except the refund and threatened to turn them it) and email that it was the correct address. So I spent $61.45 to send it back because their websites stated if they were faulty items I would be reimbursted for my purchase and shipping. So I check on it and USPS said addressee moved item forwarded. Then it was sent back to me in Maryland. I emailed them back asked them why and they said it was right. I sent them a pic and they said it wasnt all their fault and that my handwritting isnt so clear. So I took everything to my bank and they are filing an investigation and if I am found in favor they will refund my money and chargeback the CC company. I filed a inquiry with USPS International to see what was up with the address and they mailed me a letter yesterday and said addressee cannot be located, addressee moved, incorrect delivery address, or delivery was refused by addressee. I emailed them and told them that is what USPS stated and they said well we can only give you 80% refund because we didnt get the jerseys back. So i started looking into Fangxl the name that came from what they sent me and found on 6/28/13 the NFL took them to court with many other people/companies for trademarking and infringment. The NFL found 1,997 infringing website and rogue websites. The courts found them guilty and each had to pay 123,200,000.00 to the NFL. It also said they were using false indentites, alias, and contacts. The NFL was rewarded the money that was in those pay pals and accounts because they cannot find them and continue too until they are paid in full. Also, if they were found operating new or contributing with any more the NFL can file for Supplement Orders. Now I just dont know how to cantact the NFL to tell them there are more...

I'd be careful returning that jersey make sure it is really the address and look up international mailing instructions because I found out that I think with the address they gave me above is definetitly wrong. In China if you send something to a rural address which is what I think they gave me you have to use a street number and locality name and they did not give me that. However, some larg and official orginizations you do not need a street address. Be aware its a huge scam and sooooo hard to get your money back!
