I Met Miss Cherry Lee online through Alibaba. I bought a small quantity of lures and a rod from Jessica Kang who also works with Welure. They delivered the goods as expected. Afterwards i placed a large order of Shimano and Daiwa reels.

Initially the order was placed through Escrow which is supposed to be a secure way to buy. Yantia welure cancelled this order and refused to accept the Escrow service. I then hesitantly paid via bank transfer. over a period of al,ost 3 weeks, Cherry was telling me that their accountant had not received the transfer into their account. In the end i paid for a transfer search through my bank to find the money. They confirmed the transfer had gone through the day after i sent it.

Cherry then told me that the money had finally reached their account and had benn sent through the Hong Kong agency. They then apparently deducted $350 in transfer costs.

So finally we removed a reel to cater for the 4350 shortfall and cherry assured me that the shipment had been sent via DHL.

When i asked her for a tracking number, she refused to answer my messages and emails. Im still waiting. I reported the deal and gave all of the invoices and transfer paperwork to Alibaba security branch. They have done nothing with it. I haven't even had a reply from them. Steven Xiong is the Gold Supplier sales manager. Had told me that the welure was a reputable company and that they have been through a site inspection and validation process. This is a load of garbage.

Do not deal with this company.
