Complaint Review: Yapdawg

My name is Adam Farina and I am the President of Social Communications LLC, a US-based telecommunications corporation. In May of 2014 we begin a relationship with VoIPSwitch to develop an international telecommunication calling app and dialer. We negotiated a term and fee for ghost services. VoipSwitch promised to deliver a working application within 90 days of receiving our payment.

To this date we have not received a working application and feel that we need to post our dissatisfaction in our dealings with VoIPSwitch and their failure to deliver any credible product to us to the voip industry. We made a formal complaint to VoIPSwitch last July, they requested additional funds in order to complete our product, which we paid in good faith and still, we have no working product.

We feel this is a legal breach of contract and fraud on their part. We have tried to work with them but we have recently learned that the president and CEO Chris Olgaza has left the company and is starting his own firm, which we were told would compete with VoIPSwitch . This news is disconcerting.We have filed a lawsuit and are planning to sue them to the full extent of the law. Do not do business with the following people at VoIPSwitch or at any firm you may find them employed at currently or in the near future as I would imagine many of them will be looking for new positions elsewhere.
