Complaint Review: Yardiac

Yardiac has not refunded my money for items that were not received,promises to call back, but do not Greenville South Carolina

I ordered items from Yardiac and only received part of the order. I made three calls to find out when my other items would be shipped. After they gave me two different ship dates I canceled the order on July 7th.They told me it would take 5 to seven buisness days to credit my account. On the 17th I started to call them. I was told they would put in an urgent call to the accountant On the 24th I still did not hear back from them and they did not credit my account. I was told the accountant was out to lunch?! July 27th I have made three phone calls and have been told someone would get back to me. No one has called. They billed me for items not received and as far as I can tell they are not refunding my money.
