Nexstar and Yashi owe Our Co $200,000

This issue is between Cpc Media Co and Yashi but Yashi was bought by Nexstar Broadcasting and are under the full authority and representation of Nexstar and under the advice of Counsel from Elizabeth Ryder

In another case of A big Co. stepping and stealing and ripping off the smaller business, in the hopes they can take their big lawyers and tough talk and walk away with no recourse.

For the months of Sep Oct Nov Dec Yashi was taking traffic from Cpc Media and then reselling it to larger advertisers, specifically video ad traffic. They were approached before if they can handle that much traffic as Yashi is a smaller Company and they have been working with CPC for over a year but mostly for a few thousand here or there.

They approved the increase and they racked up a bill of $165, 000 dollars

You can see the revenue from their own platform as they racked up million in views.

Throughout the entire time they never once said they had problems with the traffic and continued requesting more and more traffic.

Then they asked to shut the tags until we speak in person.

We went down to their office, and once they realized we are a small operation they decided they will just keep the money thinking we dont have the ability to fight them for it.

They hide behind Nextars lawyers. Nexstar Broadcasting is an old school Advertising Company run by a bunch of idiots and old school advertising people that still think the TV is called the SoapBox. They thought they could get modern and technical and very forward thinking by merging with Yashi, but they merged with a Co that is known to be a big joke and never really did anything in Tech. They had some gaming sites and traffic exchanges and did all kinds of shady grey area adware and click fraud and generated money by scraping together all kinds of low end publishers and packaging it nicely.

Then Jason Gould misrepresents the Co as something it isnt, and for some reason Nexstar bought into it because they are idiots and dont know much about tech and even less about business.

So you have a billion dollar Company now dealing with a tiny Co out in NJ that regularly commits advertising fraud by robbing publishers and convinces them they have some sort of special fraud detection technology for video and convince them to buy it for 35 million dollars.

They decided the traffic was fraud and were not going to pay.

They asked for proof it was real because they literally have no clue what they are doing. So we gave them IP lists, all tracing back to Verizon or TWC or personal peoples computers.

We showed them exactly how many views and how many ads were shown through our system and how it matched. We even showed them the amounts of ads that were watched up to what point. We tracked 5 events in each video ad, and have multiple ways of filtering out bad traffic before it even gets into our system.

If they have such "special technology" then why did they keep accepting traffic for 3 months without any issues?

They said it was suspicious how the account went from no money to such large amounts, when we have written communication that we lost a big partner and needed to replace a video ad provider and asked them before turning on the tags if they can handle that much traffic.

Its simple they saw this as a way to keep the money and took it.

This may have something to do with the deal they did with Nexstar and I think they are on the hook for bad traffic themselves and probably misrepresented their numbers, and then when the advertisers came looking for the money for fraudulent traffic they committed, they needed a scapegoat and say it was our traffic that caused a problem, and not their own.

Why would a billion dollar Company like Nexstar care about a little traffic peddling fraud Company like Yashi? so probably Advertisers were asking for money back, Nexstar was about to sue Yashi for misrepresenting their traffic and publishers, so they needed to blame someone for their own bad traffic so they pointed to us to save their a*s and the 35 million dollars they basically ripped off Nexstar with.

Jayson Gould is known for doing these kinds of deals and Nexstar probably feels stupid that they bought a Co that was worthless and we are stuck in the middle with a 200,000 dollar invoice that they think they can just rip up.

Jayson has a terrible reputation out there already and Scott Hoffman already filed for bankruptcy once so we are already dealing with a group of shady people and Albert Sook I can write an entire followup report about him if this continues to drag on.

We tried everything to work this out with them and this Scott Hoffman is not just a classless liar, hes also a con artist. At first they ignored all emails and phone calls for 45 days.

Any time somebody doesnt even have the decency to respond to an email you know they are up to no good and there is something seriously wrong going on.

Then he finally starts communicating after being threatened to go public. He kept making appointments and then missing them, making me think he will pay the whole time. All of a sudden he was having the flu and sick with Influenza type 2 I didnt know how many types of Influenza there are but he had all of them. He would schedule phone calls so we would wake up early in the west Coast and then cancel "he got pulled away last minute"

He is as sleazy as he is crooked.

Then we spoke to the lawyer from Nexstar Elizabeth Ryder who is such a b***h that even while I was talking to Jayson Gould because he was begging me to keep his name out of it because he sold the Company and he has nothing to do with it and he doesnt want his reputation tarnished he admitted that she is a horrible person and he hated her. She threatens me that she will go to the FBI because I put Mr. Psooks  personal info in the email, she was talking all tough and acting like she is somehow dirty harry with a library book. Guess what Elizabeth anytime you protect thieves and protect companies that rip people off with no regard to anything you are guilty by association. Regardless you dont scare me and neither does your big "Broadcasting Co.  PAY YOUR BILLS! and you will not hear about this again.

I was very clear from day one. If you can show me one charge back, one email, one advertiser, one person that did not pay you as a result of our traffic websites and account you can keep the money. They could not provide any prooof what soever because they are covering up their own fraud and if they have someone else to blame then they can walk away. I dont see any other reason how its possible because I offered them 100% from day one that if an advertiser did not pay them they dont have to pay me . Why would a Co that has a billion dollars in revenue (with almost no cash) care about a small invoice like this? For Yashi it is a big deal as they probably never had such a big publisher in their entire business life, but they are owned by Nexstar. Is it just out of sheer evil ego? Do they want to show they are bigger and can do whatevever they want?

So either they did get paid and they are simply stealing my money, or they got their own chargeback and need to claim its ours so Nexstar does not sue them back into the dark ages.

If you believe in justice and you hate how Corporations just step on little people over and over again, then here is their info , feel free to give them a call and let them know how you feel.
