Complaint Review: Yates Brothers Automotive

I don't have that good of credit, so I decided to go with one of these used car lots and pay an outrageous amount of interest just so I could get into something. I first started paying on my car in February of 2002 and my last payment was scheduled for January of 2004. I have always been on time, and quite often ahead of payment. But over the past month I've had a couple unexpected bills which kept me back.

I told these people that I would have everything payed up by October 1 after a 3 week lag in payment, and those sharks come by and take my car on September 29th!!! I can't believe the nerve of this car lot. I have almost payed off the full amount.. I only had $1500 left of about $6500 but they decided to rip me off for no good reason. It's a sad state of affairs to treat one of your best customers like that. Now I have until the morning to pay off the "accelerated" amount in full or else they are going to auction it off. I can't believe the low life scum way these people at Yates Automotive in Fort Worth treat people.

Never, EVER do business with them.. they will look for any way to rip you off!!!!!
