Complaint Review: Yaya Creations-efavormart

This company is a big rip off . I ordered some things for my sons wedding and when I tried to cancel it through "live-chat" they told me everything had been taken care of that the order was cancelled. Two weeks later I recieved the order in the mail when I CONTACTEDthem she said there is no record of the order being canceled. AND that the rest of the order had already been shipped Icould not return it because it had been personalized. Now I am stuck with ribbon that is not even fit to be used on anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
