I ordered 2 professional makeup cases on line at Yazmo.com and paid with my bank debit card. The cases were defective--internal trays did not fit into brackets and kept falling into the bottom of the case rendering them unuseable.

I filled out the return authorization form on Yazmo.com as required describing the problem and requesting a full refund. Their online policy clearly states that they charge a 25% restocking fee only when returns are made because of quality issues and they refund fully defective products.

After filling out the form and sending emails, I called customer service who told me that they would be charing me a 25% restocking fee even though I returned the cases because they were defective.

I feel their refund policy is deceptive and that it is wrong to charge / penalize any customer for return of defective products.
