Ybarra welding and construction Gate Opener doesn’t work Greenville Texas
Gabe Ybarra installed over 300 feet of pipe fence for us with a 12 ft standard gate and dual 8 ft gates solar powered Liftmaster gate opener in April 2019. The gate opener was warranted for 2 yrs.
The fence seems to be well constructed however the power solar gate opener which has not worked for more than 3 weeks at a time. Gabe has been out several times but the batteries will not hold charge and he has told us he can’t do anything else about it and was invalidating our warranty.
The other issue we have is that the pipe used was rusty and was not properly prepared for painting so it is bleeding thru and peeling already. I am having to prep and repaint.
Gabe is a courteous polite young man with a hard working crew however he needs to be willing to stand behind his product after the job is completed.
