Complaint Review: YBUY

YBUY Representative are in an experience, called and respresentative did not inform me of the charges that would occur or give a dead line of when bill needed to be paid off. I called to pay off my balance but did not have my checkbook ,so I was asked for a another form of payment I did not have my checkbook but she did not explain the balance would increase about $70.00 Nationwide

    I went to buy a cell phone from Cricket (Windows 8), I was finance through YBUY. I called in January 2015 to payoff my account and was informed that it would be $119.00, I did not have my checkbook and was asked for another payment method, I did not feel comfortable providing additional information.

    I was never informed by the representative that If I did not pay my balance in full that I would be charge an additional $70.00; my promotion period was ending. I spoke with 2 other representative and a supervisor only to be told that they are sorry, well sorry does not cut it. The on mistake of the representative was costly for me but great for the company. I will let all my friends, facebook and other social media know what a ripoff YBUY is.
