I had required ambulance service from Yellow ambulance back on June 28th, 2011.
I had yet to receive any kind of bill from them so I called the billing department to ask about it and was transferred to the collections specialist.
I called again and asked why I was being transferred to a collections specialist that I had not received a bill the person I spoke to treated me like I was retarded and did not have any education at all she said that collections are how bills are paid that is where you send money to.
I am on medicare and this company is claiming that Medicare denied payment for service so I called medicare and they have no record of a payment being denied.
I called them again because I was not satisfied with what I was being told and they told me to stop calling and that if I called again they were going to call the police then hung up.
