According to this company website they have the lowest price. I recently purchase real estate leads for $170. When I discovered I paid too much and could have saved $85 with other companies I contacted the company and mentioned the "Low Price Guarantee". I was told on my next purchase they will match the competitor price but I will not receive a difference on my recent purchase. When I explained the website does not mention this and I didnt receive an agreement on refund and/or cancellation the rep immediately hung up the phone. Below is on the company website.

Low Price GuaranteeWere so confident that we have the highest quality product available at the lowest price that we guarantee it.  If you find a lower price on a comparable product, well not only meet that price, well BEAT that price.

What is perhaps more alarming than a consumer misrepresenting a situation is that our company was not contacted by a representative of this website for any type of due diligence or validation of the person's claim prior to the claim being posted online.

This lack of validation or due diligence process can make a person question the credibility of the people posting and the validity of the claims contained in the posts on this website.

The individual is misrepresenting the situation and the report she posted is inaccurate.  

1 We did not hang up on the individual.

2 The individual agreed to the price she saw on our website when she placed the item in her shopping cart and then entered her credit card information. We delivered the product to her that business day. The next day she contacted us and attempted to negotiate price after she had received the product

3 We do not retroactively change prices and our website does not state that we do. It would be both unrealistic and unfair to change the price of a product after the transaction has been completed.

Our Low Price Guarantee clearly states that the offer must be mentioned prior to ordering, and the individual did not include that in her post.
