Complaint Review: Yellow Pages Canada

I have been trying to cancel two business accounts. When you call you are put through to a voicemail, where your call is not returned. Today I was called by a real person to ask when I was going to pay my account. They apologized and said they were transferring me. They transferred my to the voicemail system and not a person. One account was sent to collections and then to a lawyer. I paid exhorbitant interest fees. This service is deceptive and can ruin a persons credit rating as well as their lively hood.
