Yellow Pages Group Online SCAMMERS - DO NOT PAY - NOT THE REAL YELLOW PAGES - INSTEAD OF BAIT & SWITCH THEY TRICK & BULLY - Williamsville Buffalo, New York
In mid August 2012, I received a call from a sales rep at my work office asking if we were going to renew our online Yellow Page ad. We DO have a legitimate Yellow Page online ad that is NOT with this company however not knowing if the call was legitimate or not, I specifically told them I was NOT authorizing a renewal but they could send the paperwork and I would let them know if we would renew. I then received an invoice for $695.95 that was NOT from our current provider and we did not order. I mailed the invoice back with "CANCEL - DID NOT ORDER - DO NOT WANT".
Now I am receiving harassing collection calls demanding payment. I spoke to the manager, Raj Desai, on a couple occasions. First he said I authorized the service & we have had an account with them for years...I verified my records and HE IS OUTRIGHT LYING! Now his story has changed....he says we had a complementary online ad since 2010 & since I canceled in August, now I am being charged $695.95 for the past year in 2012. I started laughing!
I want this fraudulent company out-of-business! How many other unsuspecting people have they TRICKED & BULLIED into paying?!
