Yellow Yrc freight Double billed me for shipping a mattress from eBay Hot springs South Dakota
This company was payed by the seller to ship my mattress, when I didn't receive any updates to my order I knew things were going to be fun. I have a job at home, leaving me here most of the time, however my son's Dr appointment came and that's the day these clowns tried to deliver.
I get a call 15 min before they are at my door.... well I wasn't around and had no help lined up to move the mattress. Either way they left the mattress in my driveway, I never signed anything and they were very unprofessional giving me no advance notice. Now they are trying to charge me an extra $161.19 for their unacceptable job, which is an added expense after delivery.
