About a year ago I was looking into starting a new business. I contacted several sites for information about business funding, including Yellowstone Capital. Shortly after I was contacted by a representative from the company and was told they do not provide start-up funds so they could not assist. Several days later I received another call, which I again notified the representative that they did not provide the funding I needed and asked to be removed from their email and calling lists. After several months of continued calls and emails, I called the office and spoke to Issac Stern. He apologized for the inconvenience but let me know that they send their contact lists to 3rd parties and there was no way remove my name from those lists. With every email and phone call I request to be removed. In September 2013 I filed a complaint with the BBB that Yellowstone did not reply to. Given the lack of control with my contact information, I would not do business with them.
