Yelman & Associates are San Diego family law attorneys. They pride themselves on being advocates for children and fight for the rights the parent. Unfortunately, Yelman & Associates has a history of violating the law. Charles Kim is a low level attorney who also works for Yelman & Associates.

YELMAN & ASSOCIATES, consistently breaks the law by posting social security numbers as a matter of public record. California Civil Code Section 1798.85(a) (1) specifically prohibits this conduct, "Publicly post" or "publicly display" means to intentionally communicate or otherwise make available to the general public."

Yelman & Associates lodges documents with social security number information as a public record. This is against the law. One of the main reasons the law exists is to prevent Identity Theft, however Yelman & Associates simply breaks the law. When attorneys break the law, court's often look down upon those attorneys, as a result, the clients suffer since the judge may not like there attorney.
