First got a sponsor with slick saleslady for one month. The cost was $500 for one month.  I was never able to get anyone to assist me. Right before my contract expired the saleslady said she wanted me to sign up for another month and she would assist me. Next I heard she was charging me again. I disputed the cost because they told me to read the fine print


Month pass by and I needed to get the former owner pictures off yelp.


I signup again because the staff refuse to delete the former owners pictures and bad reviews unless I sign up for a $300 sponsor.  The saleslady said there was a potential for them to delete my old bad reviews from the past owners


I signed up and I accidently hit the $575 cost button.  I was notified that I press the wrong button and I had to answer the email to make the switch to $375 month. Because I did not respond the same day Yelp charged me the $575 cost .  The lady never told me I would be charge $575


Why is yelp a ripoff?  They bait you in without actually telling what you are getting.  They got away with charging me twice two times and refuse to reverse the charges.  They use practices that get you in some way to stay on so they can fleece you.  The sales lady the second time did not inform that I needed to contact them to  


Yelp is a rip off.  Stay away from this ripoff company
