This is about Yelp.com 300.00 Free Advertising “Gift“

On  12/19/2017 I decided to redeem my 300.00 Yelp Ads voucher. I created a Yelp Business account for my small business and proceeded to speak with a sales rep to redeem my voucher. I am not disputing that I set up the account and created the campaign.

What I am challenging is that I was never informed that my 300.00 voucher was exhausted and was accumulating hefty charges at 10.00 per click.

If I would have had any indication at the time of setting up service that the format of which my account was created would later cause unwanted charges I would have remedied the situation beforehand and avoided this circumstance altogether.

02/06/18, I then canceled the campaign. 438.71 in charges for 49 clicks to my website which none of which brought us a sale.

Now, I am receiving emails telling me to update my payment method because they've been trying to charge my card unsuccessfully. Incidentally enough they've have tacked on an additional almost 100.00 to the balance as of today?!  And are claiming that I signed up for a 450.00 a month service?! Are you nuts! I'm a start up business. I would NEVER do that. I explicitly asked severalt times that I DID NOT WANT and surprises. I was reassured several times that would not be the case.

How convenient that now they notify me via email about my balance but never sent anything prior.  Yelp is shady and I want my my money back for this raw deal.
