YELP.com Yelp! Inc. extortion attempt, payoff to hide negative reviews, scam internet
I contacted Yelp.com to find out why I had 4 good reviews from verifiable customers that were filtered out and the only one bad review offered to the public. I was told that if I signed up for a paid account, then they could "help" me to modify the review results to my satisfaction. This is the most blatant type of extortion i have ever been subjected to.
