Yelp GIVE ONE QUOTE AND THEN CHARGE A DIFFERENT AND HIGHER AMOUNT EVEN AFTER CANCELATION.

THIS HAPPENED TWICE I HAD TO CLOSE MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT DUE TO THEM OVER CHARGING. I HAD CANCELED AND THEY CHARGED ANYWAYS. I CALLED THEIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND WANTED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD BY SOMEONE NAMED JJ. THEY DON'T HAVE A SUPERVISOR.

SHE JUST TOLD ME TO CALL THE SUPPORT CENTER AND THEIR WAIT TIME SAYS IT IS OVER AN HOUR. SO FAR IT HAS BEEN OVER AN HOUR AND STILL NO ANSWER. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED A LITTLE DEEPER. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A MONEY SCAM.
