Yelp Refused to refund advertising fees that yielded zero customers, poor customer service, pushy salesmen Internet

I started a Home repair business and have been doing pretty well but wanted to expand and decided to go with yelp on a 6 month contract for online advertismenet, I was very skeptical about signing up and was pushed and reassured that yelp would absolutuely generate jobs of some sort, shortly after signing up I reached out to them in despair because I had seen where I was racking up a bill but had not received even a phone call for a possible customer, I was of course reassured and told that it would take some time, etc. in the first week of April I was charged $300 for my first months bill and am adding up to over 100 now for this months bill and still no calls, I am very disappointed and was devastated when they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do to refund, or reimburse me my money or even cancel without charging me the full $335 cancellation fee. If you ask me, this is completely unfair, unprofessional, deceptive and scammish of them as it has not helped my busienss in anyway, although it has taken my money, my time away from my business and my family, and caused me stress and frustration.
