Complaint Review: Yelp Review

A reviewer left a post about Helping Hand Realty that was untruthful. This Julie V. has never done business with Helping Hand Realty. This review was reported to Business Yelp for removal due to untruthful inaccurate and dishonest posting. Typical of friends of evicted tenants. I have not business with this person and am unaware of any listing with that name to make her post accurate. This was reported to Yelp with my above explanation. Yelp says there review process is based on: Careful evaluation, we have decided not to remove this content. When reviewing user content, we look at a number of factors, including potential conflicts of interest, privacy concerns, threatening or lewd commentary, and whether the content has been posted to the correct business page. If a review falls within the bounds of our tolerance for strong language, appears to meet our guidelines and reflect the user's personal experience and opinions, it is our policy to let the user stand behind their review.

The person posting did NOT post to the correct business if she even truly had a listing issue. 

I am tried to remove my business from there site after they adamantly requested I join.

(Business information on Yelp is publicly available and not typically removed upon request. )

So I cannot even remove my business from Yelp.

This is not the first time I have been disappointed with Yelp.

This review was found because of a tenant wanting me to see their positive review of Helping Hand Realty. Yelp never informed me of the negative review to deal with when first posted to Yelp.

Helping Hand Realty will be closing as broker is retiring and good thing as well. Dishonesty in the postings should not be tolerated just because the poster wishes to be for whatever reason because Yelp's lack of requesting/ requiring proof.
