Complaint Review: yelp

Yelp does not publish or allow customers to add good reviews to business unless the business pay them to improve the star rating.  Every business gets good  AND BAD reviews...but Yelp will NOT allow a good review to post on those business listings.  For few years now, many customers have written good reviews for my business and informed me that they could not see those reviews publised.  I contacted Yelp several times by email, which you can't call them anyway.   No RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER.  

I have received numourus phone calls from different Yelp represntitives to convense me to enroll to their program to improve my rating.  I denied the service every single time.   Recently, I have received a letter from Yelp "Review Allstars" asking me to pay them $199 a month to improve my business rating.  I refuse to improve my business rating THIS WAY, by fraud which means is paying Yelp.  I have been in business for more than 12 years.  I have hundreds of satisfied clients and of course few clients not so satisfied as every other business in the world.  My philosopy is to do my best and go above and beyond with every customer that seek my services..but also I realized that YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.  So my next step was is to remove my listing from Yelp...but you can't remove your listing once you added on Yelp.  So I edited my listing which I changed the information listed.  Few days later. I found out that Yelp changed my informtion back and locked me out to access my account.  I visited BBB and found OUT THAT Yelp has A+ rating although we all know that they are true FRAUD!! I GUESS PAYING BBB ALSO DOES MIRACLES!!
