Complaint Review: Yeras Transort LLC

The transporter agreed to an EXACT pickup date and I made sure the emphasize when speaking with them that this needed to be picked up on the day stated in the contract they agreed upon. It was nearing the end of the day and I had not heard from the transporter and looked and saw that the vehicle was still not picked up. I HAD TO CONTACT THE TRANSPORTER and when I did they told me they would not be able to get the vehicle. I asked why they did not contact me earlier in the day and they had no answer. At this point it was too late in the day for me to find anyone else to get it that day. I asked if they would be picking the vehicle up on Monday then and was told that is their day off. So the transporter NEVER contacted me, was unwilling to make it right by picking the vehicle up on a different day and then cancelled at 7pm that night.

If you actually look at the text the person I was speaking with states they called me, wrote me, etc. and then the VERY NEXT TEXT said "I was not notified either since it was something slight" when referring to the issue the driver had. This proves that they are lying as if they did not know there was an issue what would they be contacting me about....and there is no proof that they contacted me because they never did.  Horrible company and I am not the only one they did this too as their rating on transporter sites is getting other negatives as well.  STAY AWAY.
