Tax / VAT: $94.81
Order Total: $593.81
Never really used the software successfully so decided to try it on faster machine.Unlock codes did not work so requested new ones to be sent.
After sending endless emails over 3.5 days to their email addresses and via their online form (from two different email addresses of mine to make sure they got them I have had NOT ONE RESPONSE! let alone any help with my problem of registration.
I am so angry that I have told Emetrix payment processor that I am very unhappy at this terrible service and I told the email company I would be reporting them as scamsters.
NEVER have I experienced such poor service on a $499 product!
They have had the original order sent to them and previous emails. I was due to start an email marketing programme to run alongside newspaper advertising we are doing this week but we missed that. I am almost certainly going to have to lose my money and buy a competitors programme where customer service means something. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND OVERLOOK THESE GUYS BECAUSE WHEN YOU NEED URGENT HELP YOU WILL NOT GET IT!
