I have ordered several times with no problems ,now I have $115.00 tied to an order that has never arrived. After several attempts to contact them via e-mail I am given the run around as to where my shipment is at. I then contact them for a full refund and they refuse, now the site is changed and getting into it is proving impossible. Can anyone help me retrive my money?
